Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, inspecting, assembling, and sterilizing surgical instruments and trays.
• Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment and keeping detailed records.
• Preparing surgical sets and case carts by reviewing daily schedules.
• Managing inventory and organizing supplies in OR storage areas.
• Leading and training the Sterile Processing team.

Skills

Knowledge of CensiTrac

Knowledge of SPM systems

Education

High School Graduate / GED

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or CBSPD
