Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of Sterile Processing experience.
• Technician Certification within 6 months to 1 year of employment.
• Strong understanding of sterilization standards and biological monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor decontamination, preparation, and sterilization tasks.
• Maintain sterilization logs and manage staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor supply distribution.

Skills

Proficient in verbal and written English

Excellent telephone and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment

Basic computer use and instrument tracking system knowledge

Leadership and teamwork experience

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate degree in Business or Healthcare related field
