Job summary

Solvita is seeking an experienced Central Supply & Processing Manager in Dayton to lead sterilization, inventory, and distribution for human tissue processing. You will guide a hands-on team, ensure aseptic techniques, and maintain quality standards while partnering with manufacturing to optimize output.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and a track record of developing high-performing teams within healthcare supply chains, with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or five years of supervisory experience in Sterile Supply/Tissue Banking/Healthcare, or ten years direct Sterile Supply experience.
• Must meet physical demands as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment for human tissue processing.
• Manage sterilization, assembly, and packing of processing supplies.
• Oversee preparation of solutions, stock organization, requisitioning, issuing, and charging of supplies.
