Job summary

Wells Pharma is seeking a Sterile Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support a four‑level career ladder (Levels I–III and Lead). The role involves sterile compounding, preparation of CSPs, and maintaining cleanroom operations under pharmacist supervision.

Technicians must have at least 2 years of sterile compounding experience and be licensed or certified, with preferred ACPE/ASHP, cGMP familiarity, and leadership aptitude for potential advancement to Lead.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience, including Technician II proficiency.
• Experience with aseptic techniques in ISO 5 environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and related regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding in ISO 5 laminar hoods and prepare CSPs.
• Maintain batch records and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Supervise and mentor Technician I/II/III as part of the ladder.
• Support lead responsibilities for scheduling, training, and QA measures.
