Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to develop and validate programming outputs for clinical studies, using SAS to generate tables, listings, and figures in line with SAP and specs.

You will lead programming activities across projects, ensure quality, mentor junior staff, manage timelines, and collaborate with biostatisticians and study teams while complying with ICH, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software.
• Experience in a clinical trial environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate programming outputs: tables, listings, graphs.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Lead programming activities across multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with biostatisticians and study teams; ensure ICH/SOPs compliance.
• Maintain documentation and participate in sponsor meetings as needed.
