Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to lead complex programming efforts in a clinical trials setting. Uses SAS and related tools to generate SDTM/ADaM datasets, listings, and figures according to SAP and specifications.

You will mentor junior programmers, ensure QA, and collaborate with biostatistics, data management, and sponsor teams; adherence to ICH/CDISC standards and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a scientific field.
• Strong SAS programming experience in clinical trials.
• Experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming deliverables for multiple trials.
• Develop datasets, tables, listings, and figures per SAP.
• Ensure QA, validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and review work of junior programmers.
