Qualifications

• Four years of journey-level stationary engineer experience in maintenance and operation of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to hazardous equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect and test machinery for safe operation.
• Keep records of operation and maintenance activities.

Skills

Technical knowledge of Building Mechanical systems

Education

Possession of a valid California Driver's License
