Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of stationary engineering experience.
• Licensed stationary engineer or power engineer certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced knowledge of codes/regulations for equipment and operations.
• Strong CMMS and computer skills (building automation, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, towers) per SOPs.
• Maintain logs and CMMS records for startups, failures and repairs.
• Respond to alarms and optimize operation using BAS trends.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC and related systems.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and coordinate with team as needed.
• Assist with small projects and serve as a resource for peers.
