We are currently seeking a Lead / Sr. Drupal with Apigee Developer to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate should have experience integrating Drupal with Apigee for API management. This includes configuring API gateways, ensuring secure and efficient communication between Drupal and Apigee, and troubleshooting any integration issues related to API consumption and management.

Required:
  • Experience with Drupal:
    • The candidate must have strong experience with Drupal. They should be familiar with Drupal 9, 10 and have a proven track record of working with these versions to build, manage, and troubleshoot Drupal sites.
    • The candidate must have hands-on experience setting up Drupal from scratch on both local and production environments, including configuring servers (Apache/Nginx, PHP, PostgreSQL).
    • Drupal CMS Configuration: In-depth knowledge of Drupal’s content management features, such as content types, views, taxonomies, menus, and blocks. Should be able to structure content effectively for different use cases.
    • Content Workflow Management: Familiarity with Drupal’s content moderation and workflow tools, ensuring content approval, publishing, and versioning are properly set up.
    • User Permissions and Roles: Experience managing granular user permissions and roles to ensure secure and appropriate access across different types of users (admins, content creators, etc.).
    • API Documentation: Create and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation for RESTful APIs to ensure consistency, usability, and ease of integration.
  • PHP:
    Strong PHP development skills are essential, as Drupal is built on PHP. The candidate should be experienced in writing custom PHP code, integrating modules, and troubleshooting PHP-related issues within the Drupal environment.
  • PostgreSQL:
    The candidate must have strong experience working with PostgreSQL, including database setup, integration with Drupal, and query optimization. Familiarity with Drupal’s database structure and ensuring PostgreSQL runs efficiently is critical for maintaining high performance and scalability.
  • Experience with Symfony, Composer, and Drush.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • SiteMinder:
    The candidate should have experience working with SiteMinder for identity and access management. They must be familiar with configuring and integrating SiteMinder for user authentication and authorization within a Drupal environment, ensuring secure access control for the site.
Preferred:
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Experience with self-hosted Drupal in a container or cloud environment.
  • Experience of working in Agile environment, JIRA confluence
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Drupal and PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of API security and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Web Content Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Drupal.
  • 5+ years of experience in Apigee.
