Delan Associates, Inc. seeks an ETL Lead in Greenville, SC to own and optimize end-to-end data operations across Canal’s data stack. You will oversee production support, monitor daily ETL loads, and coordinate with AMS to troubleshoot and fix issues in a complex environment.

The role requires 12+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/SSIS skills, and experience with Guidewire Data Hub, Data Center, and modern Azure data tools. Onsite position with contract scope.

Competenze

• 12+ years of data engineering or ETL experience.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, SSIS and T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Synapse.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Data Hub and Info Center.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore development teams.
• Strong production support and incident management skills.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end operational support for data pipelines and ETL/ELT workloads.
• Monitor daily ETL loads across SQL jobs, DHIC, and legacy SSIS packages.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and schema or permissions problems.
• Provide direction to AMS and ETL developers for legacy and current workloads.
• Refactor or retire outdated ETL processes and improve pipelines.
• Develop ingestion patterns for Guidewire DataHub and other data sources, modernize with Delta Lake and Fabric Lakehouse.
