Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled speech-language pathology team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The role involves evaluating and treating adults with communication and swallowing disorders while coordinating interdisciplinary care with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians.

You will mentor staff, support scheduling and quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance within a patient-centered, collaborative culture that emphasizes leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with eligibility to practice in Oklahoma.
• Experience mentoring/leading clinical teams in a hospital setting preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate care across PT, OT, nursing and physicians.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for inpatient rehabilitation settings.
