Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering job-embedded professional development (side-by-side coaching, modeling, observations, feedback, and co-planning).
• Model evidence-based instruction techniques and MTSS differentiation.
• Coach teachers on high-quality, rigorous instruction and Tier 2/3 support.
• Provide student-centered academic support and interventions.
• Collaborate with principals to implement knowledge and skills from coaching and PD sessions.
• Analyze classroom data to assess impact of PD on student learning.
• Develop high-quality assessments and intervention tools.
• Support MTSS implementation at the school/program level.
