Job summary

Target is hiring a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a department at our Bozeman store and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead hourly team members, plan daily/weekly workloads, and partner with leadership to meet sales goals and ensure brand standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to coach others, with willingness to work a variable schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
