Job summary

The Ephrata Area School District is seeking a Supervisor of Student Services (Special Education Consultant) to coordinate special education programs for K-4 students. This full-time position supports administrators, teachers, and parents in providing crucial educational and emotional interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, relevant certifications, and a minimum of five years teaching experience. This role entails regular communication with various stakeholders and maintaining confidential information.

Status is contracted based on EAEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

• Five years of teaching in the area of certification.
• Possess criminal clearances (Act 34, Act 114, Act 151).
• Regular and punctual attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Support Coordinators of Student Support Services in special education programs.
• Assist in providing educational interventions for students with special needs.
• Follow established protocols in handbooks.
