Special Education Para Educator – Full Time

The Ephrata Area School District, 803 Oak Boulevard, Ephrata, PA 17522, is currently recruiting for full‑time Special Education Para Educators. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Para Educators to join our team and support students with disabilities in their educational journey. The Para Educator will work closely with special education teachers and other professionals to provide individualized assistance to students, ensuring they have access to a quality education. Our Para Educators assist supporting the students at the direction of the teacher and are under the general supervision of the program supervisor of special education. The positions are assigned specifically to a student or group of students who regularly need one‑on‑one or group assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in the school setting.
Hourly rate based on experience; benefits eligible, including paid time off.
