Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Crisis Support Analyst in Bentonville, AR to monitor incidents, report to leadership, and mentor peers in a 24/7 global center. You will lead investigations, generate summaries, and coordinate with Legal and HR while upholding Walmart’s ethics and standards.

Prior security or intelligence experience is required. The role offers a regular/permanent contract with competitive pay, benefits including health, 401(k), stock purchase, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and intake daily incidents reported by facilities; communicate critical information to stakeholders with precision and urgency.
• Maintain and uphold department standards for response metrics and customer service level expectations.
• Lead and assist with investigations, synthesizing facts and data into actionable intelligence.
• Create and review departmental reports including emergency alerts and situation summaries.
• Coordinate information requests from Legal, HR, and external agencies.
• Model and reinforce compliance with company policies and ethics.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
