Job summary

PrimeMatch Advantage is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage daily delivery and production support for Oracle EBS financial applications (AP, AR, GL, CM, iSupplier) in the United States. You will drive end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes while overseeing performance reporting and client communications.

You will partner with onshore/offshore teams to analyze data, validate inputs, resolve issues, and advocate for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
• Experience with Oracle EBS financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Experience with production support operations, service management, operational reporting, performance reporting, analytics, data analysis, and issue resolution.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

• Create and deliver client insights using Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore client delivery teams to support data analysis, validate inputs for accuracy, and research and respond to client inquiries.
• Log, manage, prioritize, and resolve operational issues while maintaining visibility into service performance and delivery quality.
• Continually refine Operations and Service procedures, standards, and policies to align with firm and client requirements.
• Drive strategic efficiency improvements through business process improvement and task automation across support delivery.
• Manage service quality issues related to service level achievement, performance, and delivery quality, and evaluate ideas, suggestions, innovations, and problems for appropriate action or implementation.
