Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Specialist, Cyber Security SecOps Lead to join our Managed Services team.

Responsibilities
  1. Create SOPs and train security analysts on critical security operations.
  2. Oversee routine security tasks, compliance, reporting, and implement automation to enhance processes.
  3. Coordinate incident response activities across teams and clients.
  4. Contribute security needs during software development lifecycle.
  5. Collaborate with compliance lead to meet ongoing regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • At least three years of recent security operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process automation experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn various security tools (vulnerability scanners, endpoint detection, cloud security, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with compliance, development, and clients.
  • Solid knowledge across cybersecurity domains including compliance, risk, incident response.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
