Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, principals, and administrators as the first point of contact for the team.
• Attend instructional meetings for professional development and planning sessions.
• Analyze grade-level data to drive instruction and prepare weekly PLC agendas.
• Mentor new teachers and support curriculum implementation.
• Provide peer support and model best instructional practices.
• Facilitate grade-level and faculty meetings and relay information to the team.
