Point Quest Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Special Education Teacher - Resource for the 2026-2027 school year. You will lead a special education classroom, develop and implement IEPs, manage behavior with PBIS, supervise paraprofessionals, and partner with families and staff to support each student’s academic and social growth.

The role blends instructional leadership with hands-on teaching in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Implement and manage PBIS and communicate progress to parents.
• Supervise paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Lead IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Assess and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with related service providers and outside agencies.
• Support assistive technology and augmentative communication devices.
