Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Lead Special Education Teacher / Case Manager for the 2026–2027 school year in Maywood, IL. This full-time role requires an Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement and supports student-centered, inclusive education for middle school students.

The role includes managing case load, collaboration with staff, and ensuring program quality. Compensation is up to $63/hour with benefits and W-2 employment, for a 0.8 FTE or higher schedule as described.
