Job summary

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) seeks a Supervisory Special Agent to lead a team of agents in criminal investigations ensuring the integrity of the immigration benefits system.

You will supervise case work, assign tasks, and guide investigations from start to finish in a high-stakes federal environment. The role requires expert oversight, report development, and the ability to provide actionable feedback on findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • Develop reports for senior leaders that highlight emerging trends in immigration fraud investigations to guide policy and operational priorities.
  • Prioritize and assign workload to subordinates, while monitoring case progress to maintain efficiency.
  • Overseeing the investigative life cycle by planning and directing all activities from case open to case close.
  • Providing feedback on detailed investigative reports of investigative findings prepared by subordinates to ensure they are presented in accordance with policies.
