Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Children’s House Spanish Teacher in Charlotte, NC to guide a mixed-age preschool class in a Spanish immersion Montessori environment. You will observe, plan, and deliver individualized and small-group lessons that build independence and confidence in young learners.

Competenze

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker for classroom instruction.
• Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored).
• Experience with children ages 3-6 in a group learning environment.
• Alignment with child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia.
• ECE or Child Development credits.
