Qualifications

• Native Spanish with strong English for families/colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom primarily in Spanish and use natural language in daily routines
• Bring Spanish to life with songs, stories, and cultural traditions
• Observe children to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain an orderly, inviting Montessori classroom that supports independence
• Encourage toddlers to attempt activities themselves
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
• Communicate with parents in English or Spanish about each child's growth and immersion approach
• Lead routines and mentor Assistant Guides to foster a respectful, joyful community
