Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• U.S. person status required for ITAR/EAR work.
• 4+ years in aerospace, aviation, defense, or precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and integrate mechanical/electrical/structural components per drawings and schematics.
• Read engineering drawings and technical manuals to ensure correct assembly.
• Assist with functional tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting of systems and subsystems.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision tools.
• Install and route wire harnesses and document work instructions.
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions with Quality and Engineering.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces following 5S and safety procedures.
• Follow safety/environmental regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior technicians.
