Job summary

SAIC's Horizon program seeks a Manager, Program Analyst to support USAF mission and Space Systems Command portfolios from the El Segundo, CA office. You will lead a PM team, advise on acquisition strategies, and manage program planning and execution.

The role requires extensive DoD acquisition experience, security clearances, and collaboration with government customers to deliver warfighter capabilities on complex space systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering with 15+ years in DoD weapon systems acquisitions and program management.
• Master’s degree with 13+ years in DoD?related fields is preferred.
• Security background investigation (T5/SSBI) for SCI eligibility; CE program participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PM professionals across a large space portfolio; conduct performance reviews and advise on acquisition strategies.
• Prepare monthly status reports and coordinate staff meetings, briefs, and acquisition plans.
• Develop program planning and execution documents per DoD/AF policies for rapid prototyping.
