Job summary

You will guide test planning, EVMS/IMS/BOE activities, and ensure deliverables meet cost and schedule targets while coordinating with other engineering groups, with a 24/7 capability expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience testing space hardware in aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams within cost and schedule.
• Workforce planning and resource forecasting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of test engineers and technicians across concurrent space programs.
• Ensure test execution aligns with program cost and schedule goals.
• Provide technical oversight of test engineering deliverables and readiness.
• Communicate with system and design teams to resolve test issues.
• Define staffing strategies and conduct performance reviews; support annual salary planning.
