Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Spa/Pool Supervisor to direct the pool, spa and locker facilities teams. You will uphold Forbes 5-star and Ace service standards, greet guests, and support spa and pool operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires English proficiency, strong communication, and computer literacy, plus the ability to obtain local health department credentials within specified timeframes. Training and supervision of staff will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years spa customer and operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to obtain Riverside County Health Dept card within 1 week; ABC certificate within 60 days.

Job Description SummaryAssist with the maintaining and directing of the pool, spa and locker facility teams. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
