Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced food service supervisor to monitor quality, plan supplies, and coordinate production for the cafeteria and patient services.

Qualifications

Must read, write and speak conversational English.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of purchasing operations and budgetary control.
Knowledge of recipe development, garnishing, and stocks.

Responsibilities

Monitor food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation with proper labeling and portion control.
Plan and requisition daily food supplies and assess production needs to prevent waste.
Coordinate production schedules to meet cafeteria, patient, and unit stocking needs.
Operate and oversee commercial kitchen equipment following safety protocols.
