Job summary

Legends Global, operating at Ball Arena in Denver, CO, seeks an experienced Sous Chef to oversee culinary operations across concessions, clubs, suites, and hospitality venues. You will lead a multi-venue kitchen team, develop menus, control costs, and ensure top-tier food safety and guest experiences during events and non-event periods.

The role requires strong leadership, a culinary degree or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and the ability to manage labor and inventory in a fast-paced arena

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a high-volume culinary operation.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable within a designated period.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop culinary team members with training and coaching.
• Plan and oversee daily food production and event execution.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and inventory to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors to ensure seamless events.
