Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Run BOH shifts and ensure efficient kitchen operations including food prep and cooking.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and line checks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Partner with GM/Managers to maintain recipe books and standards.
• Purchase and order food products and supplies; manage food cost tracking.
