Qualifications

• Strong culinary experience with ability to deliver high-quality food, presentation, and execution.
• Hands-on leader who can train, coach, motivate, and develop culinary associates.
• Creative with interest in contributing to menu development and dining experience improvements.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations: food handling, sanitation, purchasing, receiving, storage, portioning, waste control.
• Organized, collaborative approach balancing guest satisfaction, culinary standards, and financial performance.
