Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef II to lead kitchen operations and deliver high‑quality dining experiences for residents. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef, manage daily production, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional food safety and portion control.

You will oversee a dining team, monitor costs, and support events and catering, all while engaging with residents to enhance satisfaction and dining quality across shifts.

Formación

• Experience leading kitchen operations in a health care or senior living environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily food production and presentation.
• Support supervision and coaching of dining team members.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and therapeutic diet compliance.
• Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls.
• Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs.
• Enforce HACCP and food safety standards.
• Support special events, banquets, and catering.
• Engage with residents to monitor satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
