Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership for day-to-day operations in campus dining centers.
• Supervise kitchen staff and student workers; ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate on menu development and food cost control.
• Maintain high culinary standards and mentor staff.
