Boll & Branch is seeking a Manager, Sourcing & Production to own end-to-end sourcing and production execution in our Summit, NJ headquarters. You will manage vendor relationships from onboarding through PO issuance and on-time delivery, ensuring cost discipline and quality standards across the supply chain.

The role requires deep knowledge of home textiles and strong cross-functional collaboration with QA, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Product Development, and Design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production and sourcing experience in home textiles or related soft goods.
• Hands-on knowledge of fabric, construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems; proficient in data tracking and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own all production milestones from PO issuance through on-time delivery.
• Maintain PO accuracy and data integrity across NetSuite and PLM.
• Aggregate and analyze production data including on-time delivery, FOB costs, and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor in-season delivery performance and flag disruptions early.
