Job summary

Restoration Hardware, Inc. seeks a Senior Leader of Sourcebook Copy to head the Brand Copy Team in our Corte Madera, CA Home Office. You will guide editors, partner with key teams, and ensure accurate, consistent Sourcebooks across markets.

Lead the copy strategy, manage timelines, and verify pricing for US, Canada, UK and EU editions while shaping messaging across print and digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of copyediting and/or proofreading experience in retail or luxury environments.
• Proven leadership with ability to foster a supportive team culture.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with copy timelines aligned to production schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead editors and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency across Sourcebooks.
• Develop deep expertise in RH’s style, brand voice and product messaging.
• Write, edit and proofread sourcebook copy to support the team.
• Coordinate Sourcebook copy schedules, assign contributors and prioritize work.
• Support senior leaders with messaging strategy and creative copy as needed.
• Track product info updates and coordinate Sourcebook proofing.
• Verify pricing across US, Canada, UK and EU editions of RH Sourcebooks.
• Lead copyediting for print and digital assets including signage and instructions.
