Qualifications

• 10+ years of copyediting experience; luxury retail experience desirable.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to foster a supportive environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Live RH's Vision, Values and Beliefs across the team.
• Develop expertise in RH's brand voice and product messaging.
• Write, edit and proofread sourcebook copy to support the team.
• Coordinate with partners to schedule copy work and assign contributors.
• Support senior leadership with messaging strategy as needed.
• Maintain product information updates and RH style guides.
• Verify pricing across RH sourcebooks in multiple editions.
• Lead copyediting of print and digital assets including specs and signage.
