Our client is a leading drone company providing advanced autonomous solutions for various industries. They are in search of a Lead Solutions Engineer to join their team. The Lead Solutions Engineer will be responsible for managing complex proof-of-concept projects, overseeing solution engineering delivery, and guiding staff Solutions Engineers. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving high-impact projects, aligning solutions with client operations, and ensuring flawless execution.

Responsibilities

1. Lead system implementations, including planning, use cases, mission scheduling, installations, and client training.
2. Manage and execute high-complexity POC projects with minimal oversight, ensuring smooth internal coordination.
3. Act as a primary technical advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with their business objectives.
4. Guide and mentor junior SEs, providing support in project execution and professional growth.
5. Oversee risk mitigation and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Contribute to the evolution of products and services by sharing insights from key projects.
8. Assist with pre-sales engineering efforts and provide strategic input for business development.

Requirements

1. BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution engineering, project management, or a related technology field.
3. PMP certification (preferred or to be obtained).
4. Proven leadership abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in mentoring teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Willingness to travel up to 40% in North and South America.
