Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Solutions Architecture Associate Director to own end-to-end microservice and API designs for custom solutions. You will set engineering standards across React frontend and .NET/Python backend teams, ensure NFRs, and lead architecture reviews for new features and integrations.

The role requires deep expertise in DDD, event-driven patterns on Azure, and experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, with at least 4 years in a solution architect role on complex, multi-service platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in designing microservices architectures and RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React frontend and .NET/Python backend services.
• Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Service Bus, API Management, AKS, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs for multi-service platforms.
• Design microservice and API architectures; define service boundaries using DDD.
