The Solution Engineering Team

This team works closely with sales to solve real business problems using Marketing Cloud technology, from workshops to demonstrations, ensuring digital transformation and customer success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and develop solutions and roadmaps.
  • Build: Demonstrate solutions with software, create customer journey strategies, and develop IT roadmaps.
  • Deliver: Present complex technology to executive audiences with compelling storytelling.
  • Learn: Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and news.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in solution engineering, with 5+ years in marketing technology, personalization, or loyalty.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through Martech solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Ability to develop strategic visions and provide thought leadership.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and in the US Public Sector.
  • Strong technical understanding, excellent presentation skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
