Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience operating solid waste equipment and CDL vehicles is required or preferred.
Knowledge of safety practices and equipment maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

Load inspections on waste materials such as Yard Debris and Construction Debris.
Operate equipment for processing, collection, and disposal of recyclables and waste.
Perform routine maintenance and care of diesel equipment used in solid waste operations.
Drive semi-tractor trailers hauling materials and heavy equipment.
Monitor job site safety and assist in training others as needed.
