Qualifications

• 2–3 years solar installation experience.
• Experience leading a crew of 3+.
• Ability to work in hot sun, cold, wind.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roof installation and crews with direction to maximize productivity.
• Read and follow engineered solar plans for installations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the job site.
• Train and develop roof-top crew members.
