Job summary
Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking a Foreman/Solar PV Installer in the Mid‑Atlantic region. You will lead installation crews for commercial and agricultural solar projects, oversee site prep and both mechanical and electrical work, and ensure adherence to NEC codes.
Preference given to candidates with roofing, HVAC, electrical experience and an Associates degree or trade certificate. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available in a growing solar company.
Qualifications
- Leadership to direct work crews.
- Construction experience in roofing, HVAC or electrical is valuable.
- Able to climb ladders and perform physical installation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation crew on solar PV projects, both ground‑mount and roof‑mount.
- Read drawings and apply NEC code requirements; coordinate site prep, mechanical and electrical work.
- Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage; drive quality and on‑time performance.
