Job summary

Paradise Energy Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Foreman/Solar PV Installer to lead installation crews on ground-mount and roof-mount systems from 2kW to 2MW. You will manage site prep and electrical/mechanical work, ensuring safe, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and apply NEC code requirements.
• Experience in roofing, HVAC and/or electrical work; on-the-job training available.
• Climb ladders, work from roofs, use hand tools, lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical installation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews for solar PV projects on ground-mount and roof-mount systems.
• Oversee site preparation, mechanical and electrical work to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team, communicate clearly and ensure on-time project delivery.
