Job summary

Centrica Business Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent in Loomis, CA to lead on-site project execution for solar PV and related energy projects. You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate scheduling, quality and cost controls to deliver projects on time.

Requires at least 5 years of on-site management in commercial construction and solar, plus strong knowledge of blueprints and interconnections. Travel up to 95% regionally; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience of successful onsite management of jobsites.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a site superintendent or foreman for commercial solar projects.
• Experience with commercial solar construction practices and sequence of work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate all work activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and NEC knowledge.
• Implement safety programs and site-specific safety plans to zero incidents.
• Track, monitor and report safety, productivity and quality performance.
• Lead on-site Operations and Maintenance troubleshooting for solar systems.
