Job summary

NextEra Energy Project Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of early-stage solar projects, guiding them from development through turnover to construction teams. You will collaborate with Solar Regional Lead PMs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and safety objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of construction/energy experience with strong financial acumen and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in project management is essential.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills are necessary.
• Mechanical awareness or interest in technical variables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and independently manage a portfolio of Solar Early-Stage projects through development to turnover.
• Leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to support project targets.
• Analyze technical/financial data and identify trends influencing projects.
