Sugar Hollow Solar Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking an Electrician to lead a small crew installing and maintaining residential and commercial PV systems, battery backups, and EV charging stations. You will interpret schematics, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with other trades on job sites.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of electrical experience, NC license, and ability to train others, with strong safety sense and excellent communication. Competitive hourly rate and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with residential and commercial electrical work.
• Experience with solar components, EV charging or battery systems preferred.
• Valid NC electrical license (Asheville journeyman card, SFD, limited, intermediate or unlimited).
• Must have valid driver license and be able to work outdoors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small crew of electrical craftsman on PV installations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for site prep.
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards on site.
• Install battery systems, EV charging stations, and rough-ins.
• Coordinate with roofers and structural engineers; train crew on best practices.
