Sunrun Inc. in New Jersey seeks an Electrical Foreperson to provide leadership and technical expertise for residential solar installations. You will lead a crew of 3–6, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while meeting project timelines.

Responsibilities include organizing work, training crew, managing materials, documenting progress, and maintaining OSHA compliance. A Journeyman license and NEC knowledge are required, with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; journeyman license or electrician certification required.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and standards; up-to-date NEC code book required.
• Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and attention to detail; excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew to complete installations per guidelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Maintain project docs and photos; manage materials and time sheets.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with management.
• Perform weekly vehicle inspections and service calls as needed.
