Job summary

Atrius is seeking a Lead Software Quality Engineer to advance Quality Engineering practices across the Acuity Spatial Intelligence Division. You will provide technical leadership and drive improvements in how we build and deliver quality software.

You will define quality strategies, coach teams, and lead testing, automation, and evidence-based quality programs across the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineers, product, and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering in complex software systems.
• Strong programming or scripting to design test automation.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives across engineering without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of risks to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategies with stakeholders across the software lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction on testing, automation, and quality practices.
• Improve engineering effectiveness through automation and tooling.
• Identify systemic quality risks using data and signals.
• Mentor and coach the Quality Engineering team.
