A staffing and solutions provider seeks a Lead Software QA / Test Analyst to develop and execute software testing strategies. This role encompasses leading a testing team, analyzing complex requirements, and producing detailed test plans to ensure software quality. Ideal candidates have 8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, and strong technical communication skills. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive compensation range of $60-$65 per hour on W2 basis.

Max Bill Rate: $80.98/hour
Remote: 100% Remote
Job Objective: Responsible for developing, modifying, and executing software test plans and test scenarios. Defining and solving for test data needs. Developing automated scripts and programs for testing in order to ensure the outgoing software and technical products meet and exceed quality standards. Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their root causes. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Document software and application defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software engineers and product owners. Participates in the review of software design. Understands software architecture and quality risks and leads test strategy development.
The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
